Job Duties: Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and medication dispensing. Provide exceptional customer service in a retail pharmacy setting. Accurately enter and verify patient and prescription information. Operate pharmacy software, with Pioneer RX experience preferred. Manage inventory, restocking, and medication storage. Ensure compliance with Michigan pharmacy regulations. Handle insurance claims and prior authorizations as needed.
