A reputable law firm in Grantham part of legal top 500 is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor in Wills, Trust and Probate to join their private client department on permanent basis, full-time, part-time considered. Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (2 years PQE) Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE Location: Grantham. Job type: Permanent, Full-time We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in wills, probate and trusts including the administration of estates, from basic estates falling below the IHT threshold to more valuable and taxable estates, tax treatment, creation of trust and intestacy procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal on basic and complex wills, LPAs and power of attorney matters. Manage own caseload on private client matters. Handle probate and estate administrations. Planning for estate and tax matters related to divorce. Set up discretionary trusts and life interest of trusts. Business development and attract new clients. Provide support to the junior team members.
