About the Role This is a varied and fast-paced role working across a range of commercial and personal lines. You’ll be: ✅ Managing policy renewals from start to finish ✅ Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) quickly and efficiently ✅ Assisting with new business quotes and client onboarding ✅ Building lasting relationships with clients and insurers ✅ Working closely with Account Executives and other internal teams ✅ Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA and internal guidelines What You’ll Bring ✔️ Previous experience in insurance (brokerage or insurer side) ✔️ Comfortable handling renewals, MTAs, and client communications ✔️ Great attention to detail and proactive mindset ✔️ Experience with Acturis (or similar systems) is a bonus ✔️ Strong organisational and customer service skills ✔️ A positive attitude and desire to grow in the role What’s in it for You?
