Sales Advisor

Role : Outbound Sales Advisor Full time: 37.5 hours, permanent Salary: £12.33 per hour plus the opportunity to earn incentive. Location: Floor 3 Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL (On-site Role) Operational Hours between : 10am – 8pm Monday to Friday About Us: This challenging and rewarding role in partnership with SKY comes with generous bonus incentives. Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting outbound calls, speaking to SKY customers about topics such as premium upgrades, broadband upgrades and speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving Sky for another provider. Provide excellent customer service to customers Retain customers through great conversations and reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances. Requirements or Skills: Previous experience in sales – whether that’s face to face or contact center based.
