Click here to l earn more about Prescriptive Simulation Twins : Pre-packaged Simulation Twin solutions for industrial companies Currently, we offer two pre‑packaged Simulation Twin solutions: Supply Chain : Optimize end‑to‑end logistics, inventory, and network operations. Asset Management : Predict maintenance needs and extend asset lifespan through condition‑based simulation. We are recruiting one Solution Expert who will serve as technical master of these products and drive successful customer implementations. OVERVIEW As a Solution Expert, you will own the technical configuration and deployment of our pre‑packaged solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver high‑value projects and support pre‑sales activities. RESPONSABILITIES Model Configuration & Deployment : Configure and instantiate simulation models to meet specific customer requirements. Inbound Data Pipelines : Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest customer data into the platform. Outbound Data Pipelines : Develop processes to extract and integrate simulation outputs into customer systems (BI tools, data lakes, etc.). Web App Configuration : Customize and configure the Cosmo Tech web application to align with client environments and branding. Customer Engagement : Act as the primary technical liaison, conducting workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs. Pre‑sales Support : Collaborate on technical scoping, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution demonstrations to drive new business. Training & Enablement : Create and deliver training materials and sessions for customers and end‑users. Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work with Product, Engineering, Modeling, and Customer Success teams to capture feedback and drive continuous solution improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Must‑have Engineer or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Strong mathematical background and experience with simulation or modeling techniques. 3 years of professional Python development, with proficient use of Git for version control. Data scientist profile: hands‑on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and conducting data analysis. Excellent customer‑facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 20% in Europe and collaborate across geographies. Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus. Nice‑to‑have Domain experience in Supply Chain (logistics, inventory optimization) or Asset Management (EAM/APM). Knowledge of ISO 55000 standards or other industry best practices. Prior experience in a software vendor or consulting environment. KEY METRICS Solution Deployment Success : Percentage of projects configured and deployed on time, within scope, and meeting technical requirements. Pre‑sales Impact : Contribution to technical proposals, proof‑of‑concept completions, and conversion rates to paid projects. Training & Enablement Effectiveness : Customer training satisfaction scores and assessed proficiency in using the solution. Customer Satisfaction : Feedback specific to the technical implementation and ongoing support of the solution. Continuous Improvement Contributions : Number of actionable improvement recommendations from client feedback implemented by Product/Engineering.
