Reservations and Yield Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations/Yield Manager who will be responsible for achieving optimal sales and yield in relation to budgeted room revenue and occupancy. You will be responsible for: Maintaining up to date knowledge of the Resort, its operations and the local area, features and activities Updating third party websites for close-out dates collaboration with Wholesalers and Travel Agents, forecasting Monitoring occupancy. Group quoting, contracting and block management. Forecasting, analysing market segments, daily trends to identify key needs and opportunities. Real-time inventory management. Cross training, Coordination of Front Office and Reservation Teams. Essential requirements: Strong working knowledge of all domestic wholesale companies Strong understanding of yield and revenue management Good working knowledge of Site Minder and mapping of rates Experience with CMS, including loading rates, wholesale allotments, M S Word Excel, Power point skills Thorough understanding of Front Office procedures and knowledge of computerised reservations/property management systems Vibrant telephone manner, excellent communication skills and professional presentation. Agree to undertake Responsible Management of Licensed venue(RMLV) certification.
