Responsibilities Manage operational planning, coordination, and control of services including: Catering Office supplies Management of company vehicle fleet Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and company procedures. Monitor KPIs and performance, oversee the progress of management flows, ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations, including managing related penalties. Candidate Profile The company is seeking candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific fields (STEM) such as: Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent Required experience: 4-5 years in similar roles. Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel. Additional qualities include adaptability, flexibility, result orientation, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation, creativity, team spirit, ambition, and accountability. Additional Information Initial temporary contract of 6 months, with potential for evaluation and permanent placement. Structured onboarding and training during the first two weeks.
