Main Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by processing orders accurately and efficiently, with a customer-centric approach. Use company systems (SAP) to enter sales orders, manage inventory, and customize defaults for customers. Process RMAs promptly, maintaining transparent communication. Register, track, and resolve customer complaints, acting as a reliable partner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service. Manage the Travel Stock program, ensuring compliance and coordination. Maintain and update customer databases accurately. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered. At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles. Strong communication skills, especially over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or ERP systems. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
