Commercial Property Paralegal - Leeds Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Permanent Full-Time | Immediate Start Location: Leeds - Office-based Start Date: ASAP An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a thriving and expanding legal team in Leeds. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience within commercial property. About the Role: You’ll be supporting a busy team of senior partners and solicitors within a well-established Commercial Property department. This role is being recruited due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, especially with high-profile retail clients such as B&M and Morrisons. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support on commercial property cases Preparing legal documents and paperwork Conducting property and legal research Submitting and managing Land Registry applications Assisting with file management and case progression Working closely with solicitors and partners to meet deadlines What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 year's experience as a paralegal in commercial property Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented Proactive and confident in liaising with senior legal professionals Experience with retail sector clients is advantageous but not essential Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines Why Join?
