Marketing Manager

The company takes pride in its people-first culture, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who would enjoy owning the marketing strategy for a successful SME. Reporting to the MD, this is a broad and strategic marketing role but close to the activity and a standalone position as the first in house marketing appointment. You will be responsible for building on a market lading brand identity while driving lead generation across key markets. Managing a small budget, you will ensure marketing spend is optimised across digital and traditional channels, including advertising, exhibitions, CRM, sponsorship, paid search, content, and video. You will lead and develop a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture, while working closely with sales, customer service, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives. About You Manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous. Confident operator who can work with autonomy and in a stand alone role working as part of a close knit wider commercial team.
