Civil Litigation Paralegal - Swindon My client is a well established law firm who service both business and private client areas of law based in the heart of Swindon, who are seeking a confident and experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to assist on a wide range of contentious matters in a busy and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload across a broad range of civil litigation matters Handle personal injury claims including OIC and MOJ portal matters, as well as claims falling outside of the portal frameworks Advise and assist on contract disputes, employment law issues, boundary disputes, harassment, defamation, company law, and landlord and tenant matters Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and applications Enforce judgments and provide representation at court, including hearings and trials Manage matters from pre-action through to resolution, including Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi-Track litigation About You Previous experience in a fee-earning civil litigation role is essential Comfortable working to billing targets and managing your own caseload Strong advocacy skills and experience attending court Excellent drafting and communication abilities Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team If this opportunity sounds of interest then click apply with you CV for the attention of Loraine Silvester at G2 Legal
