Repairs Supervisor (Responsive)

Spirehouse are currently supporting a Local Authority in the East Midlands for a Reactive Repairs Supervisor. The Opportunity: My client in the East Midlands are seeking a Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join their repairs team. The appointable individual shall ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimises risk to the Council as Landlord. The successful candidate will: This role shall be customer-facing, so exceptional customer service shall need to be delivered to contractors and tenants of the properties Carry out pre and post-inspection visits of more complex repairs to diagnose defects, schedule works and/or monitor quality Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enable the safe, effective and efficient utilisation of resources Lead by example on Health and Safety, values and behaviours and adherence to financial regulations Provide administration and organising of repair works to Council properties Further information: Interviews to commence ASAP Interim at 3 months - possibility to go permanent £30 per hour via umbrella Full-time at 37 hours Van/pool car provided Requirements: Full UK driver's licence with access to a vehicle SMSTS/CSCS Black Card Please apply for this role online or contact Kim Parsons at Spirehouse for a confidential discussion.
