Theyre now looking for a dedicated Weddings & Events Team Leader to help ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Weddings & Events Team Leader £32,000 per annum Working 40 hours per week, straight shifts Paid overtime or time off in lieu Weekends off during the winter months Opportunity to lead high-end weddings and events in a prestigious setting Responsibilities as the Weddings & Events Team Leader Leading the front-of-house team during weddings and events, ensuring smooth and polished service Being the key point of contact for clients on the day, delivering a warm and professional experience Coordinating with chefs, operations, and suppliers to ensure every detail is just right Supervising the set-up and break-down of events with precision and care Training and supporting the wider team to maintain high standards of service Youll play a key role in bringing dream weddings and events to life, making sure every guest receives an unforgettable experience.
