Commercial Administrator - Social Housing London £35,000 - £45,000 Our client is an innovative, and award winning Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Contractor who are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their growing team. Working alongside a busy Commercial Manager, you will manage a range of administrative tasks that support their role. Key Responsibilities include: Assisting with the preparation of weekly / monthly reports both internally and to Clients. Supporting in pricing of Tender opportunities. Supporting the development of contracts and commercial agreements. Reviewing and commenting on the financial performance of various contracts. Ensuring records and compliance is kept up to date. Key skills: A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Previous experience in a commercial focused role in the Construction industry. Strong Excel skills. The ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
