What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and motivate a team of Business Managers to exceed F&I sales targets Champion a high-performance, customer-focused culture Act as the in-house finance expert, supporting customers and colleagues alike Build strong relationships with leading lenders, staying ahead of policy and system updates Drive inbound and outbound finance lead conversion Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and FCA standards Monitor performance, coach your team, and conduct regular 1:1s Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in motor finance , automotive retail , or consumer finance Strong leadership and coaching skills Track record of hitting targets and delivering exceptional customer journeys FCA accreditation or willingness to become certified Resilience, energy, and confidence in overcoming objections Organised, solution-focused, and great under pressure What’s in It for You: £70,000 base attractive, uncapped commission Company car Clear career development & internal progression pathways A chance to be part of a highly reputable and fast-growing UK business Supportive, energetic team culture
