Control Room Operator Shift pattern: 6 on/4 off. x2 Earlies (0600-1400), x2 Lates (1400–2200), x2 Nights (2200-0600), 4 Off. Location: Exeter EX1 Salary: £28,100 overtime opportunities (at x 1.5) Do you have strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast paced control room environment? Based in Exeter you will join a professional control room team at a state of the art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism then this could be the role for you. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Strong customer service skills Happy to work the following shift pattern: 6 on/4 off (x earlies, 2 lates, 2 nights, 4 off): X2 Earlies (0600-1400), X2 Lates (1400–2200), X2 Nights (2200-0600) Strong administration skills The ability to work under pressure in a professional manner Responsibilities: You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring client premises across the UK.
