End User Support Specialist

3 Months Contract (CDD Payroll) - Location : 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support for IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, conference equipment, etc.) Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance tasks Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalations and updates Assist with hardware moves, setups, and replacements Ensure proper documentation of tasks and issue resolutions Support scheduled activities such as patching, backups, and inventory audits Maintain a professional demeanor in a client-facing environment
