Be passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant We’d love for you to join us if you’ve got what we need: Previous 1 - 2 years of working as a Senior Shift Manager, Second Assistant using automated inventory systems, rostering systems. Flair to build a positive culture within the restaurant – focused on exceptional customer service, working together, and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computer literacy Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times, bringing your team up to the professional standards Ability to multi – task and adapt to changes and thinking on the go.
