This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate group of professionals, servicing a diverse clientele in a stunning coastal location. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Providing professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments Ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for customers Maintaining the salon's presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards Actively contributing to the growth and development of the business through your expertise and creativity About You Along with your strong work ethic, and previous experience in a similar role, either as a hairdresser or Barber you'll have/be: Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident Proven experience as a Barber, with an understanding of traditional barbering techniques Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base - from locals to those just passing through!
