About the Role: We are searching for a strong operational administrator to provide quality compliance focused administrative services to our fleet operations team in Hobart as the Operations Support (Debriefer). Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Debrief Driver run sheets through MDT's and available tools. Enter POD's using company systems in a timely and efficient manner. Enter information into Fatigue management systems. Produce daily KPI reports such as connote reports, container reports for Operations highlighting goods arrived vs. shipped using the TGE data base. Assist fleet management in ensuring all fleet tasks are completed on a daily basis. Assist Container Checking as requird. Escalate as required to management team, any issue that has the potential to have a significant impact to our compliance or published service levels timeframes. PUD manifesting as directed. Provide support to other tasks as required. About You: Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. High level of organisational and administrative skills. Exceptional communication. Ability to multitask. Thrive working in a team environment. Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems. The ideal candidate will have worked in logistics and have a strong understanding of the requirements for time sensitive freight, consigning dangerous goods, and coastal shipping.
