General Storeperson needed in Bandiana

The Bandiana team are currently looking for an experienced General Storeperson with adequate knowledge of warehousing processes and procedures Shift times: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.36pm Start date: ASAP Pay Rate : $40.25 Per/ Hr Main Accountabilities: - Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems - Loading, unloading, moving, stacking and staging products and materials using a Forklift, or other non-specialised-materials handling equipment - Basic use of a PC - Use of RF Scanner - Assisting in physical inventories and ensuring proper stock rotation - Sorting, scanning and noting of products that move through the distribution facility - Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area, conducting operations in a manner that promotes safety - Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained - Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation - Put away, replenishment and retrieval of goods to and from specific warehouse areas - Current LF licence and experience (desirable however not a necessity) - Operation of non-licensed equipment and manual tasks associated with packaging operations Requirements: - Australian Citizen - Valid Police Check - Medical clearance prior to commencement - Availability to work up to 40 hours per week (as a casual) -Steel Cap Boots & High Vis - Able to work independently and in a team environment - Undertakes duties in a safe and responsible manner - Possesses basic interpersonal and communication skills What’s next?
