The Opportunity We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead and optimise our operational support team. This pivotal role reports directly to the General Manager, with two direct reports and a high level of cross-functional collaboration. You’ll oversee logistics, resource planning, compliance, and coordination across our helicopter operations to ensure we meet the critical demands of emergency response. You'll be working with internal teams, regulatory bodies, clients, and international partners to uphold operational efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operational planning and logisticsManage pilot rostering, ensuring readiness and complianceOversee key operational systems (Air Maestro, TracPlus, ARENA)Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholdersUphold documentation, safety, and emergency response protocolsEnsure contractual and regulatory requirements are met About You Experienced in fast-paced, complex operational environmentsA confident leader with outstanding planning and coordination skillsClear communicator with a collaborative mindsetWilling to manage out-of-hours (on-call) duties as neededStrong proficiency in operational software and logisticsComfortable with procurement and supplier managementC-class driver’s licence (mandatory)Aviation, emergency services, or seasonal industry experience (preferred) Why Make the Move to Mangalore?
