THE ROLE We are searching for an energetic, driven, and hands-on Assistant Retail Supervisor who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales . You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer walks away with the right gear, expert advice, and a great experience . This role also offers room to grow within the business , with opportunities to develop into a full-time leadership position. As our Assistant Retail Supervisor , you will: ✔ Deliver exceptional customer service , creating a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping experience ✔ Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products ✔ Drive sales and help motivate the team to exceed targets ✔ Oversee and support staff members , ensuring a high level of service and professionalism ✔ Assist with stock management, product displays, and visual merchandising ✔ Support the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures ✔ Create a positive, engaging work culture where employees can grow and develop ABOUT YOU We need someone who: Loves helping customers find the right gear and has a strong sales mindset Has previous retail experience , preferably in a customer-facing or supervisory role Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities Has strong leadership skills and enjoys mentoring and guiding team members Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Is available consistently throughout Aussie snow season (June-September) and Northern Hemisphere snow season (Dec-February) Has a keen eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail Snow or water sports experience is a bonus —but we offer extensive product training for the right candidate WHY JOIN THE PROSKI TEAM At PROSKI, you’re not just working in retail—you’re joining a passionate community of snow and water sports enthusiasts .
