Floating Team Leader – Midlands Stores (Manufacturing Industry) Based in Howick / Nottingham Road / Midlands Area Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry , is seeking a Floating Team Leader to support operations across their Midlands stores. This dynamic role requires someone with strong stock management skills, excellent people leadership abilities, and the flexibility to operate across various locations within the region. Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and effective dispatch processes. Customer Service: Liaise with customers on stock requirements Capture and process customer orders Plan customer deliveries Compile daily site reports Facilitate resolution of customer complaints Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain site and fleet cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. People Management: Supervise and schedule staff Monitor timekeeping and attendance Assist in managing staff performance Minimum Requirements: Relevant post-matric qualification (a Degree will be an advantage) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stores and dispatch environment Solid stock management experience Supervisory and scheduling experience advantageous Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle – essential Must be based in the Howick / Nottingham Road / Midlands area
