Job Title: Night Auditor We are looking for a diligent night auditor to join our hotel staff. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift. Main Duties and Responsibilities Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during the night shift. Manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Handle enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and via email. Anticipate guests' needs to provide an exceptional guest experience. Handle cash and credit card payments accurately. Maintain teamwork by cooperating and supporting hotel colleagues. Be punctual and adhere strictly to hotel rules. Summarize each night's operations and list follow-up tasks for management. Complete Night Audit controls and make necessary adjustments for accurate End of Day procedures. Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day, passing information to the team and management. Coordinate and supervise hotel night activities with other night staff and take necessary actions. Qualifications Proficiency in English, Italian, and an additional language. Computer literacy. Skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management. Teamwork attitude and skills. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
