Position: Store Manager - Leather Goods Store, Milano Ovest Responsibilities: Planning shifts, managing, training, and motivating a team of 20-30 staff. Analyzing performance indicators to develop effective business strategies and optimize store profitability. Ensuring proper application of company procedures and delivering excellent customer service to enhance customer experience. Managing stock replenishment, merchandise organization, and store setup. Qualifications and Skills: At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role. Excellent communication skills, positivity, flexibility, adaptability, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities. Ability to work well in a team and perform operational tasks on the sales floor. Ability to interpret economic data and monitor KPIs. Work Schedule & Contract: Full-time, Monday to Saturday shifts. Direct contract with the client company.
