Contact dedicated customers for instructions/reminders. Process agent and early warning messages (network contact). Communicate information to customers and partners simultaneously. Handle anomalies/disputes. Propose corrective and preventive measures. Coordinate with the warehouse and other subcontractors. Inform and advise customers on the formalities of international movement of goods. Report to hierarchical managers about the files in charge. Monitor the quality of service center services. Create SOPs as required to support the offshoring process. Troubleshoot issues. Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation, or a degree in Logistics. Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding.
