Call Center Associate

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8am – 11pm Sat- Sun: 9am – 5:30pm (Candidates should be flexible to work in the evenings and 1 weekend day. There may be some flexibility, but candidates who are open will have priority. Start Date: 9/14 Number of Positions: 15 Title: Call Center Customer Service Rep Training will be provided: 2-3 weeks, M-F 9a-5:30p. Customer Service – Vehicle Lease Representative About the Role: As a Vehicle Lease Representative, you will work in a dynamic team environment, assisting with inbound and outbound calls. In this position, you will guide customers through the automotive lease-end process, while helping the company achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the Client States! Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to Assist customers with their early lease terminations Quote remaining payments on vehicle lease Submit orders for vehicle inspections Provide customers and dealers with over mileage information Assist customers who are looking to refinance their lease Follow clients' policy to aid customers during post maturity stage Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Prefer one year experience in a high-volume call center Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e. MSWord, Excel) Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management Strong customer/client focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail
