POSITION : Commercial HVAC Service Technician COMPANY : Lieber Mechanical LLC REPORTS TO : Brian Murphy EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Full Time Position Overview: The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operations, and repair of the HVAC systems, while providing exceptional customer service for our commercial clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Serving the clients by expertly servicing customers’ entire needs. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with schematics and safety standards. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper HVAC design and installation. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs, adhering to EPA regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations. Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe. Educate the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service. Maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service. Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has. Park the truck for the maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible. Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings. Job requirements License: Oklahoma Journeyman License (required). Drivers license and clear record (required). Experience: 5 years as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work with blueprints. Understand current Oklahoma Codes. Physical Requirements: Stamina for manual labor and the ability to lift heavy objects (50-75 pounds). Additional Requirements: Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and must own essential hand tools (heavy-duty tools provided).
