Supportive Leadership & Positive Culture – Join a team that cares Paid Training Provided – We set you up for success What You’ll Be Doing: Handle inbound calls from existing ACA clients Help clients retain their coverage by walking them through updates or renewals Clearly explain benefits and answer coverage-related questions Accurately document and process updates per ACA guidelines Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call Please note: This role is permanent and full-time, with an initial focus on a targeted ACA retention project. After the campaign, growth opportunities are available in Medicare enrollment and licensed customer service as our team expands. What You Need: 2-15 or 2-40 Florida Health Insurance License (Required) FFM Certification for 2025 (or willingness to obtain) ACA experience a plus – but not required Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Comfortable working on a computer and navigating CRM tools Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset Role Details: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor Onsite in Dania Beach, FL Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm EST Base Pay Weekly Commission Bonus Opportunities & Spiffs Training Provided About MyCareClub: MyCareClub partners with leading insurance carriers across the U.S. to provide individuals and families with affordable, high-quality health coverage.
