This is a critical role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and making a tangible impact. About the Role Oversee stock control and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing availability with cost control. Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and reduce inefficiencies. Work closely with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline operations. Lead and develop a high-performing stock team, driving best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards. Candidate Expectations Experience in a Stock Manager role within a logistics distribution and supply chain environment. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
