Job Description

Earnings : £13.07 service charge (up to £16.50) Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : Permanent, full-time, latest finishing time 22.30/23.00, 40 hours. As a Chef de Partie , you will transform high-quality, unique ingredients into our authentic Italian dishes through preparing, cooking and plating food items in Eatalys exciting, high-volume, open kitchens. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and get all the knowledge needed for your next senior role within the kitchens. Requirements Experience as a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high volume, high quality kitchen Knowledge of fresh food cooking Ability to cook to specs and brand standards A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture Strong teamwork skills Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams Fluent in English Right to work in the UK THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN No late night finishing!
