Head's of department have all worked with 3 AA Rosette and top level Standard restaurants, so this is the standard and drive of them and the owners. The Head Chef delivers local and pure produce at a great level to the diner. As the GM you will be the go between and work alongside, a growing and solid group of junior staff.
