Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new and exciting role? We've got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation team, working at the forefront of significant strategic and transformational business change projects. This is a 12-18 month fixed term contract based from our office in Basingstoke, combining both office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some travel between sites when required to deliver workshops or attend meetings, so you should have access to transport and be happy to travel. The Role SNG's ambitious transformation portfolio has a wide range of projects. As Project Manager, you will help to shape, scope, oversee and assure the delivery of a key Self-Service Repairs project within the customer directorate. This project consists of a mix of project workstreams aligned to our Corporate Plan to support our ambitions to respond to the ever-increasing expectations of our customers and the need for ease, convenience, reliability and prompt action. The key Responsibilities will be: Leading the system replacement workstreams to deliver an improved scheduling and mobile applications to support Property Services Managing delivery of a customer self-service repairs channel, allowing for the diagnosis and booking of appointments for customers Partnering with Property Services, Customer Services and Product Management teams to drive engagement and implementation Providing oversight and assurance across all project workstreams What we're looking for You'll need to have previous experience as a Project Manager across a range of projects, with strong stakeholder engagement experience, particularly with senior leadership, and the ability to manage workstreams of varying scale and complexity. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in property services repairs and dynamic mobile scheduling.
