Sales Team Leader Nottingham City Centre We are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business. Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you'll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful. Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base. As a Sales Leader you will: * Build and develop relationships with customers * Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business * Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture * Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice * Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market * Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers. * Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you - good excel/google sheets skills * You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance * Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.
