Graduate Insurance Executive

Job Title: Trainee Insurance Executive Location: Warrington Working Pattern: Monday to Friday. 1 out of every 4 Saturdays, 9am – 1pm Salary: 24,000 Main Duties Manage and service existing client’s insurance needs Maximise new business opportunities whilst delivering outstanding customer service Proactively support the wider team in delivering its call handling levels Proactively obtain future dated leads to increase sales and maximise revenue opportunities Renew existing client policies by servicing renewal requirements Produce and/or request insurance documentation Undertake any other duties as necessary Experience Some experience in personal lines insurance (required) Desire to progress within the insurance industry (required) Experience in retention or sales (preferred) Ability to build instant customer support Thrives on a challenge and takes pride in work Positive, can-do attitude Passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Aptitude for problem-solving Communication and persuasion skills
