What You’ll Be Doing: Processing import and export customs clearances for a range of clients Using various systems (including CDS) to submit declarations Communicating with HMRC, port authorities, and other regulatory bodies Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant Supporting drivers and clients with customs-related queries Working closely with the wider operations and transport teams What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customs clearance or freight forwarding role Solid understanding of import/export documentation and procedures Familiarity with CDS system A methodical and detail-oriented approach Good communication and teamwork skills What’s In It For You: Competitive salary depending on experience Opportunity to grow within a busy and secure business Supportive team and structured training if required Stability and long-term career prospects Location: Dover Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM Job Type: Full-time, permanent
