Job Title: Information Technology Technician Location: Nottingham NG90 1BS Type: Contract role (3 months) Active SC Clearance Job Description • Experience with Windows 11 operating system is a necessity and preferably includes previous rollout support in a retail environment • Customer facing capability to deal with Windows 11 front of house activities • Technical background to help understand post upgrade faults and fix them first time, operating system expertise is preferable • Knowledge of Intune and Autopilot is key to be able to provide concise feedback to technical leads on any common trends / faults / risks observed • Team player mentality is vital so that all 3 resources can work together to resolve issues collectively • Process driven colleagues to ensure upgrades and fixes are completed in line with guidance / policies provided by Boots • Familiarity with HP and Microsoft hardware would be beneficial but not a necessity • Wider understanding of application, network and infrastructure spaces would be beneficial but not a necessity Work Schedule Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30 Rate £19.38/Hr -£25.15/Hr Start Date 01-Jun-25 End Date 31-Aug-25
