Client Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing: This is a varied and vital role, from entering customer orders into the ERP system (SAP), to managing bespoke requests, liaising with couriers, and handling email and live chat queries. You’ll use tools like Excel, CRM platforms, Teams—and even ChatGPT. Some orders will come via online portals; others will need a more personal touch. Either way, you’ll make sure every customer has a great experience.
