Job Title: Paid Media Specialist Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid/Remote) Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE As the Paid Media Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of shopping campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, ensuring clients’ products stand out in a crowded digital marketplace. Social events Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimise Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across multiple platforms. Take ownership of product feeds – optimising, troubleshooting, and enhancing performance Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights Collaborate with creative, dev, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment across the funnel. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats. A/B test ad copy, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed management tools Experience with Performance Max and Smart Shopping transitions. Deep understanding of campaign structures, bid strategies, attribution models, and audience layering. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
