Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Projects (NSW) Flexible Location (Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Western Regional work)$140k–$170k SuperStart in ~4 weeks | ECI through to Delivery Our client has just signed a couple of exciting Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreements and are now looking to bring on a driven Project Manager to join their team and help them deliver a suite of commercial/industrial projects across regional NSW. This is a hands-on opportunity to be involved from ECI through to delivery — with a real say in how these projects are set up and executed. The Projects Warehouse Distribution Centre ~$8M | Start Immediately | Construction to commence July/AugustHomeCentre – (Lessor Works) ~$2M | ECI underway | Construction starts Feb 2026LFR Lessor Works ~$1.5M | Construction to kick off August/September Depending on your experience and availability, you may take the lead on one or support across multiple. About You Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in commercial/industrial constructionBonus points if you’ve worked with precast construction or on warehouse/distribution projectsSolid understanding of project lifecycle, particularly the ECI and pre-construction phasesConfident communicator, strong with documentation, and capable of working autonomouslyReady to hit the ground running in about a month This isn’t just a job where you inherit someone else's project – you’ll help shape and structure how it runs from Day 1.
