Job Description About the job… At the Novotel Surfers Paradise, we are not only focused on our guests, but also our people. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic, experienced Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team. Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role, in a hotel with 200 rooms, we are offering casual and permanent part-time positions. As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas. Involving but not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities. You will enjoy working in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely mannerCleaning guests rooms as required, seeing them shineCarrying out allocated cleaning duties to achieve brand standards throughout the hotelTransferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recyclingSafe handling and use of chemicals
