Maintenance Officer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer who is dedicated to ensuring the upkeep and safety of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair work. Part Time Role | 70 hours/fortnight Location: Tallebudgera - QLD Remuneration: $27.12 – $29.34 per hour Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) Access to staff discounts & benefits. About About The Role: In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the upkeep of grounds and buildings according to the schedule of works. You will also manage building and maintenance projects as directed, while ensuring that equipment and materials are used responsibly and safely. Your work will help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. About You Experience in commercial maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role (preferred but not required)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedulesA team player with a proactive attitude and proven customer service focusValid Police Check and Queensland Driver’s Licence Why Choose Us?
