At Travel Leisure Co., we’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives that shape the future of our systems and operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements that drive high-impact solutions. You’ll manage medium-complexity projects with autonomy, contributing to both process improvement and strategic outcomes. What You’ll Do Act as the key liaison between business and technical teamsElicit and document business requirements using various methods (interviews, process flows, use cases, etc.)Support the entire system lifecycle, from concept to implementationHelp manage change and ensure all teams are aligned with solution goalsContribute to process redesign and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or a relevant Bachelor’s degreeStrong analytical, facilitation, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart)Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesAbility to manage work independently and influence outcomes across teams How You’ll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
