As the Head of Creative, you’ll be a driving force in this transformation. You’ll lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability. The Head of Creative is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Typo’s new visual identity across all brand and product touchpoints. This role oversees a centralised creative studio — encompassing content production, graphic design and packaging — to deliver design solutions that reflect Typo’s brand strategy and resonate with its customer segments. This position plays a critical leadership role in driving the creative vision for the brand, ensuring cohesion and quality across global markets, and establishing systems and processes that enable consistent and scalable creative execution. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Significant experience in creative leadership roles, with a focus on brand identity, design direction and multi-channel creative.Proven ability to lead and develop in-house creative teams and/or manage agency partners.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across product, packaging and brand communications.Global creative experience — comfortable leading across markets and navigating cultural nuance.Experience in brand transformations, rebrands or brand resets — you’ve helped shape or redefine a brand’s creative identity.Strong strategic capability — able to connect brand, customer and commercial thinking into effective design outcomes.Excellent leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.Highly collaborative with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
