What you will bring to the role Nurse Unit Manager Grade 2, Occupational Therapist or Clinical Psychologist / Senior Psychologist registered with AHPRA or Social Worker eligible for membership to AASW Demonstrated extensive Mental Health cCinical skills and experience Demonstrated successful management experience and/or proven ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team including skills and experience in clinical service management and quality improvement programs. Demonstrated ability to lead change within the workplace, balance competing demands and motivate staff Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, a recovery focused model of care, incorporating consumer and carer consultation within the mental health service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary community mental health service issues Current NSWs drivers licence and willingness to use same for work purposes Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
