Director of Golf – Eastwood Golf Club

Located at the base of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, Eastwood Golf Club is recognised as one of the premier golf destinations in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Alongside our superb 18-hole course, the Club also boasts two bowls greens and a spacious clubhouse featuring dedicated member and function areas. We are currently seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Director of Golf to lead our Golf Operations. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the member experience, driving financial performance, and elevating Eastwood’s overall golf offering. As a key member of the Club’s Senior Management Team, the Director of Golf will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of Golf Operations - Manage Golf Retail Operations and inventory - Drive green fee and corporate golf business opportunities - Coordinate and deliver member-related golf events - Lead and develop the Golf Shop team - Oversee coaching and tuition services in alignment with Club objectives - Collaborate with the General Manager to drive financial performance Key Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants should demonstrate: - PGA qualification - Proficiency with MiClub Golf Systems - In-depth knowledge of the Rules of Golf - Strong understanding of private club and golf management environments - Proven experience in team leadership and staff development - A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service If you’re a golf enthusiast with a leadership mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
