Clerical Support Services Officer PT - Job Share (5 days per fortnight)

Seeking a Clerical Support Services Officer for a PT Job Share position with a 5 day fortnight (Thursday/Friday both weeks and Wednesday of week two) Are you looking: for an exciting new clerical opportunity? to join a supportive established team with a “can-do” approach? for an opportunity to support our ageing community to remain living independently? Position Overview The Clerical Support Services Officer will work collaboratively with all teams within the organisation to provide support, coordination and administration to facilitate the delivery of business operations with a focus on front of house customer service. Reporting to the Team Leader Corporate Services, this role will be required to assist in the coordination of daily financial tasks, processing invoices and payroll, and supporting the maintenance of a digital recording of financial documents. Essential Criteria Has a current satisfactory Criminal Record Check. Has received (or is prepared to get) the 2025 Influenza vaccination and willingness to update on an annual basis. Has received the minimum of 3 doses of COVID-19 Vaccination. Demonstrated understanding of the issues and concerns of frail older people and their carers’ in today’s society. Ability to work independently whilst contributing as an effective team member. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Publisher, as well as Information systems, and comfortable learning new technical / IT systems as needed. Desirable Criteria A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline and/or experience in a similar role for 2-3 years.
