Job Description

As a Stores Support Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring and controlling the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, managing stock levels, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. You may also act as a delivery driver for local deliveries and support site VMI stock counts when needed. Key Responsibilities Load and unload deliveries, ensuring the safe handling of all goods. Schedule transport , generate documentation, and coordinate picking and packing. Record stock balances and actively participate in stock control activities. Report inaccuracies in stock files or damaged goods to the Branch Sales Coordinator. Provide back-up support to other staff, including assisting with internal and counter sales overflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following safety procedures and company policies. Drive company vehicles for local deliveries when required. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial stores environment. Valid Forklift and drivers licence is essential Strong safety orientation and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional customer serv ice and communication skills. Effective data entry and record-keeping abilities. A suitable level of physical fitness to handle tasks like lifting, squatting, and overhead reaching. What we offer you!
