Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and can lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native, AI-powered solutions. Role: Project Manager – Cloud & AI Solutions Location: Remote – Mexico City, Medellin or Buenos Aires. Full-Time | Immediate Start Project Types: Cloud Deployments, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI Solutions What You'll Do: As a Project Manager at DFX5, you'll be the strategic lead and operational driver across our AI, data, and cloud initiatives. You will manage timelines, coordinate teams, communicate with clients, and ensure deliverables meet technical standards and business expectations. You will oversee delivery for Proofs of Concept, cloud migrations, AI integrations, and analytics products—often working across multiple stakeholders, including AWS, enterprise clients, and technical engineers. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in coordination with stakeholders. Develop and manage project timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments. Serve as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. Drive agile processes (Scrum or Kanban) and promote continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs, project velocity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Must-Haves: 4 years of experience managing technical projects in cloud, AI, data, or software development. Strong familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred), Agile methodologies, and modern DevOps workflows. Proven success in managing remote, cross-functional engineering teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Comfortable interfacing directly with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Mandatory) Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications (Mandatory). AWS Cloud Practitioner or other foundational cloud certifications. Experience working with AI/ML or data science teams. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus. Experience managing technology projects in BPO, insurance, or customer service domains. Why Join DFX5?
